The delivery charges stated below are for the UK mainland only, per delivery address.

0 to 5kg - £5 5 to 10KG - £8
Over 10KG - £15
Over 20KG - £30
Over 40KG - £50
Over 50KG - £70


We send our orders either by 1st class Royal Mail or next day delivery with DPD. Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed and may incur a surcharge; please contact us for details. Please note that we currently do not delivery to the Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Islands (Postcodes IM, HS, ZE) or the Channel Island. If you make a purchase and request delivery to these areas then we will refund you the full value of the transaction.

Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched by first class post or overnight courier within 5 working days. With the exception of standard first class post, all deliveries require a signature. Some products from Scandinavia may take up to 14 working days. Please get in touch with Customer Services if you need a product more urgently than this and we will do what we can to get it to you as soon as possible.

Deliveries using a 'man with a van' method will be arranged with customer. Please note we only use one man per delivery, for a two man delivery this will incur a fee, please email us to discuss.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

CLICK AND COLLECT If you would prefer to collect your order from one of our stores please select Click and Collect at checkout. Click and Collect is available from our Head Office in Bath, BA2 7NG. A member of the crew will contact you by phone or email once your order is ready. Please note, your item may need to be transferred from our storage facility so may not be available immediately. If you need your order in a rush or for a specific date, please call the store first to confirm stock levels.
