We operate a policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order.
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 you may cancel your order at any time without reason within 14 days of delivery.
The cancellation period, in relation to the supply of goods, starts the day after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer. You may cancel your order for any reason provided: -
You or the recipient notify us of your cancellation in writing or e-mail to the address on our Contact page within 14 days of delivery.
The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened. You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods until returned.
You return packaged item(s) to Returns at The Salcombe Trading Co Ltd, 1 Farleigh Yard, Norton St Philip, BA2 7NG
Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage/carrier costs incurred as a result of returning items to Salcombe Trading and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back. A refund can only be provided for items received back by us. Our returns policy excludes perishable items. Please note items made to order and items we do not hold in stock and order in for you specifically are not included in our returns policy. This includes any items ordered from overseas suppliers. A refund may be available on such items if our supplier will accept them back, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item directly to our supplier. An admin fee may also be charged by The Salcombe Trading Company.
Please note we cannot accept returns on items bought in our SALE.
On the rare occasion that your item is damaged on delivery, all damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of the damage to the packaging clearly showing the address label, as well as damage to the item. Please do not discard the packaging until a solution has been agreed, as the damaged item will need to be returned to us in its original packaging.
